Cancellation Policy

29 Eleven Family Mediation — Booking & Scheduling Policy Scheduling & Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to reserve your session date and time. Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept ACH bank transfer, Zelle, credit/debit cards, and checks. Card payments include a standard processing fee. ACH and Zelle are fee-free options for clients. Cancellations & Rescheduling: No fee for cancellations or reschedules made 10 days or more in advance. Changes made within 10 days of the scheduled session may be subject to a 25% fee to cover reserved time and administrative costs. Changes made within 48 hours of the session may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Late Arrival / No-Show: Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival may reduce session time without fee adjustment. Failure to appear may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Session Time & Overtime: Time beyond the scheduled session may be billed at the standard hourly rate. Authority to Settle: Each party is expected to attend with full authority to negotiate and settle, unless disclosed in advance. Confidentiality & Professional Boundaries: All services are confidential and governed by the signed ADR Consent Agreement. The mediator does not provide legal advice. Parties are encouraged to consult independent legal counsel as needed.
