A Mediator who’s
been there,
A Mediator who
CARES
Hi, I’m Nicole, the founder and Lead Mediator of 29 Eleven Mediation.
My path here hasn’t been traditional, but it’s been purposeful. With a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Operational Research & Analysis and a master’s degree in Information Leadership and Behavior, I’ve spent my career as a teacher, coach, statistician, and analyst — always focused on solving complex problems and helping others succeed.
But my most personal lessons didn’t come from classrooms or offices — they came from the family court system. I’ve walked through divorce and custody battles myself, often successfully representing myself pro se. I know the stress, the cost, the confusion, and the toll it takes — not just on parents, but on families as a whole. I also know the empowerment that comes from being heard and finding resolution.
That’s why I started 29 Eleven Mediation. This isn’t just a business — it’s a heart project.
I bring a unique blend of expertise and compassion to my practice. Driven by conviction that families navigating divorce and custody battles deserve more support, I set out to fill a gap I experienced firsthand. Too often, people embark on their family law journey without fully understanding the stress and financial burden that lies ahead. My mission is to change that.
Through Mediation, Consulting, and Coaching, I equip clients with strategies to save money, stay accountable, and feel empowered throughout the process. My passion lies in ensuring that individuals don’t exhaust their life savings simply because they’re going through a divorce. With the right guidance and support, families can emerge from conflict standing stronger than before.
What truly sets 29 Eleven Mediation apart is my unwavering commitment to fostering healthier relationships, effective co-parenting, and amicable resolutions. I approach divorce not as a source of division but as an opportunity for growth and transformation. My role is to empower individuals to find common ground and begin a healing journey.
Honest. Passionate. Effective. That’s my promise.
