Hi, I’m Nicole, the owner, founder & Lead Mediator of 29 Eleven Mediation.​

My path here hasn’t been traditional, but it has been intentional. I bring both analytical training and real-life experience into this work. With a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics (Operational Research & Analysis) and a master’s in Organizational Leadership and Behavior, my career has centered on solving complex problems, navigating competing priorities, and helping people move forward with clarity — as a teacher, coach, statistician, analyst, and leader.​

But some of my most important lessons didn’t come from a classroom or corporate role — they came through navigating conflict firsthand. My own experience with the family court system gave me a very personal understanding of the stress, cost, and uncertainty that can come when disagreements escalate and the path forward isn’t clear. I know what it feels like to make important decisions when emotions are high, information is complicated, and the outcome genuinely matters.​

That experience helped shape why I created 29 Eleven. What began with a heart for helping families has grown into a broader mission: helping people work through conflict with clarity, structure, and practical options before unnecessary escalation takes over.

I don’t do cookie-cutter mediation. I bring a structured, strategy-driven approach that helps clients cut through the noise, identify what really matters, and work toward practical, real-life solutions.

Through mediation, conflict resolution, and one-on-one strategy and consulting, I help families, individuals, businesses, and organizations reduce unnecessary cost and stress, communicate more productively, and stay focused on workable outcomes.

I believe resolution isn’t weakness. It’s leadership. You don’t have to agree on everything to resolve something — and with the right process, even complicated conflicts can become clearer and more manageable.
