A Mediator who’s been there.
A Mediator who CARES.
Hi, I’m Nicole, the founder and Lead Mediator of 29 Eleven Mediation.
My path here hasn’t been traditional, but it has been intentional. I bring both analytical training and real-life experience into this work. With a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics (Operational Research & Analysis) and a master’s in Organizational Leadership and Behavior, my career has centered on solving complex problems and helping people move forward with clarity — as a teacher, coach, statistician, and analyst.
But my most important lessons didn’t come from a classroom or corporate role — they came through the family court system. I’ve lived the stress, cost, and confusion of divorce and custody disputes firsthand, including successfully navigating parts of the process pro se. I know what it feels like to try to make the “right” decision when emotions are high, information is unclear, and the stakes are your children and your future.
That experience is exactly why I created 29 Eleven. This isn’t just a business — it’s a heart project built to fill a gap I experienced personally: families being pushed into expensive conflict without a clear plan, clear options, or real support.
I don’t do cookie-cutter mediation. I bring a structured, strategy-driven approach that helps clients reach practical, real-life solutions.
What I do differently:
-
Start with you and your family as people first — not just a case file
-
Help you get organized and clear on priorities before mediation
-
Identify realistic options and tradeoffs (so decisions are informed)
-
Facilitate productive communication and reality-checking, especially in high-conflict dynamics
-
Guide you toward agreements built for real life — not just paperwork
Through mediation and one-on-one strategy/consulting sessions, I help families save money, reduce stress, and stay focused on workable outcomes — with children and long-term stability at the center.
I believe resolution isn’t weakness. It’s leadership. And when families are supported with the right process, they can move through conflict with more dignity, more clarity, and a stronger foundation for what’s next.
Honest. Passionate. Effective. That’s my promise.
